The P2 output is a refusal, not a draft. The research pack contains no Finnish source on Esa Ranta-aho. Its only URL (RTVE) is off-topic and can’t support any claim about him. The five verified facts concern Spanish cases, so they can’t be used for entity locks. The content plan’s Iltalehti, Aamulehti, and Asiakastieto attributions have no URLs, and the 13-gate contract requires a named, linked source for every claim.

Repairing the draft would mean either inventing URLs and citations to meet the 10-citation, 6-domain rule, or publishing criminal allegations about a named private person with no verifiable source. Once those sources are supplied, I can run the gates on a fresh draft. Until then, the RTVE citations should be removed from any Ranta-aho article.
